RIDDOR reportable incidents during 2017 under the Streets Ahead contract

The request was successful.

Dear Sheffield City Council,

Could you please advise how many incidents have been reported by Amey and/or their sub-contractors during 2017 in accordance with the RIDDOR Regulations as part of the Streets Ahead PFI contract. Could you also break these down by category according to the Regulations thus:

- fatalities
- major or specified injury
- over 7 day incapacitation
- non-fatal accidents to non-workers (ie. members of the public)
- occupational disease
- dangerous occurrences

A previous request (FOI/3117) was granted for similar information for the period 2012-2016 (inclusive), I am not requiring data for that period, just 2017 year-to-date.

Yours faithfully,
Richard Davis

FOI, Sheffield City Council
