Dear Health and Safety Executive,
I would be grateful if you could provide me with details of all dangerous occurrences reported under RIDDOR from the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) military training camp at Otterburn, Northumberland, for dangerous events involving civilian employees, which occurred between August 2016 and October 2016. These RIDDOR events may have been reported by Landmarc, which manages the Otterburn estate for DIO. The majority of civilians employes at Otterburn are employed by Landmarc.
