Richmond Park Automatic Travel Count survey
Dear The Royal Parks,
I would like to request the raw traffic count and speed data from the latest available Automatic Traffic Count surveys on any road within Richmond Park, together with any key to understanding codes within the data, the exact location and date(s) of the surveys if known, and any other information necessary to understand the data. I would like these data in a common computer-readable format, for example, Excel XLS format.
Yours faithfully,
David Knight

Dear Mr Knight,
Thank you for your email of 16 July 2019 in which you asked:
I would like to request the raw traffic count and speed data from the

The Royal Parks (TRP) does not carry out traffic count surveys in Richmond
Park as part of its regular, routine activities. However, a survey of this
type was commissioned by TRP to be carried out inside Richmond Park in
2015 and the data that was collected on that occasion is attached as a
series of spreadsheets.
We are aware that the adjacent Boroughs of Richmond, Kingston and
Wandsworth do carry out traffic surveys on the roads around the perimeter
of the Park; you may wish to approach them for further data of this type.
I hope that this information satisfies your request.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
