This is a request under Freedom of Information legislation in relation to the appointment of Richard Sharp as BBC chair and the subsequent inquiry into Mr Sharp's appointment conducted by Adam Heppinstall KC.

In relation to this I would like to be provided with the following information:

1) Was there any communications or correspondence between Mr Sharp and Office of the Commissioner for Public Appointments between October 2020 and the date this request was received.

2) If the answer to q 1 is yes, please provide copies of all communications or correspondence between Mr Sharp and Office of the Commissioner for Public Appointments

3) Please provide copies of any internal emails or correspondence that include the phrases "Richard Sharp" or 'BBC Chairman" between 20 January 2023 and the date this request was received.

4.) Please provide copies of all correspondence between Adam Heppinstall KC and OCPA between 20 January 2023 and the date this request was received.
