Dear Julian

Thank you for your request for information received on 19^th June 2016.
You requested:

“I would like the full details of the consulted parties from your October
2015 section 10 consultation. In terms of evidence I'm seeking proof of
postage for paper copies and proof of email.”

We have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please find attached a file that contains the following:

1.       A campaign report for the S10 consultation

2.       A list of stakeholders that were sent information via email who
opened it

3.       A list of stakeholders that were sent the information via email
who did not open it

4.       A delivery schedule for community venues that hard copy
information was delivered to

In respect of your request for proof of postage, this is not information
that is held by the Trust. Owing to the size and weight for the
consultation leaflet it was more cost effective to have these hand
delivered. Furthermore, it allowed us to hand out leaflets to members of
the community ‘ad hoc’ in areas of high footfall such as local
supermarkets.

If you have any queries about this information please contact us. If you
are unhappy with the way your request has been handled, you should make a
complaint to the Trust by writing to us within two calendar months of the
date of this response. Your complaint will be considered by an independent
review panel, who were not involved in the original consideration of your
request.

If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint to the Trust,
you may then contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
