Revisions to data published as part of Census 2001

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Office for National Statistics should have responded by now (details). The person who made the request can complain by requesting an internal review.

After the initial figures for the ONC population census were published it was feared in some quarters that there were missing people. Following a review, revised figures for (at least) Westminster and Manchester were published. Where can I find the detail of the process of revision and revised numbers - it seems not to be readily found on the link above.
