Reviews and appeals of private sector discharges

The request was successful.

Dear Brent Borough Council,

In a recent FOI you said you had received 108 reviews of the suitability of the location of a private sector discharge of a homeless duty in the last year.

1) How many of the 108 reviews in the last year found that the private sector discharge location was unsuitable?

2) How many took households in that year took the challenge of locality of private sector discharge up to appeal after a negative review decision?

3) How many of the appeals against the locality of a private sector discharge in the last year found the location to be unsuitable?

Yours faithfully,

Elizabeth Wyatt

Dear Brent Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Brent Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Reviews and appeals of private sector discharges'.

My first question was
"How many of the 108 reviews in the last year found that the private sector discharge location was unsuitable?"
You answered:
"100% of all 108 reviews were in respect to Location"
This clearly does not answer the question. Could I please be told how many of the reviews of the suitability of location found that on review the location of the private sector offer was unsuitable.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...

Yours faithfully,

Elizabeth Wyatt

I have now completed a review of FOI 6817196. My conclusion is we

sector discharge location was unsuitable
Please find below an amended response:

6 of the 108 reviews in the last year found that location was unsuitable.
