Subject: FOI - Reviewing our contact information

Your request is being considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days, subject to the application of
any exemptions. Where consideration is being given to exemptions the 20
working day timescale may be extended to a period considered reasonable
depending on the nature and circumstances of your request. In such cases

Further to your request received on 19/01/2024, I confirm that the Council
has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000. Specifically, you have requested the following information:

"Can you please provide me with the contact information, email and direct
numbers of  managers who deal with Temporary Accommodation and
Homelessness for the borough."

It has been the custom and practice for the Council to generally only
release the names of staff down to ‘Head of Service’ level, which the
Council considers meets the Transparency Code issued by the Secretary of
State for Communities and Local Government. Therefore we will not disclose
the names of these requested roles as they fall under HOS level, and deem
it to fall under Section 40(2)(a)(i) (Personal Information) of the Freedom
of Information Act 2000. Furthermore the council considers that this
position is consistent with guidance issued by the Information
Commissioner, including a Decision Notice issued in respect of a similar
request FS50276863.
