Dear Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council,

In a press release sent to me on 8th October the Council leader Stephen Baines made the following statement

"Since removing Labour from control of Calderdale Council a few short weeks ago, we have become aware of a major review and disposal of Council owned property undertaken by the previous Labour administration. We were horrified by the sheer scale of the proposals, considered behind closed doors, by Labour back in March and hidden from the rest of Council. These buildings include such things as libraries, community centres, toilets and bowling clubs."

Could you please send me a copy of review and disposal of the Council owned property undertaken by the previous administration which is referred to by the Council leader. If there is any commercially sensitive information I understand that may need to be redacted.

Could you also send me all correspondence between offices in the CAFM team and the then Council leader Tim Swift and portfolio member Councillor Barry Collin's that relates to this report.

Yours faithfully,

Cllr James Baker
