Dear Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy,

With regard to POL’s Horizon controversy, it has been reported that the Department for BEIS’s decision to conduct a review (as opposed to a judicial inquiry), and the terms of that review, were agreed after communications between the Department and No 10. (See link below).

Please can you release correspondence between the Department for BEIS and No 10 in which this decision was considered and agreed?
