You only have a right in law to access information about the environment from this authority

The request was partially successful.

Dear East Coast Main Line Company Limited,

Under the provisions of the Freedome of Information act, disclose what training is given to your revenue staff? This information may include, but not exclusively:

1, Training manuals provided to your revenue staff either by yourselves (East Coast) or any other third party.

2, Manuals on operation of relevant computer systems, for example Avantix.

3, Manuals on how to deal with a passenger when it is believed they do not hold a valid ticket for the journey they are making.

4, Details of any correspondence between East Coast, and its revenue staff in regards to any ticket anomalies within the last 12 months.

5, Details of any correspondences between East Coast, and any other third part in regards to any ticket anomalies within the last 12 months.

6, Power point presentations or similar provided to revenue staff.

The materials mentioned can be ones which have been distributed in either digital or paper form. Unless otherwise specified I would like to request all such information held since privatization or the earliest date permitted by the Freedom of Information Act, whichever is later.

Could also please tell me whether any of this information has been amended since East Coast took control of the franchise since NXEC.

Your assistance in this matter is most appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you shortly.

Yours faithfully,

James Kemp
