1.0 As per your former but one franchise (East Coast) please can you provide an up to date copy of the revenue handbook. Example - (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...)

2.0 Please can you also provide the guidance to staff what the process is for excessing and or upgrading tickets for *all* scenarios. Include any local easements or special permitted routings as provided by ATOC/RDG.

3.0 please provide the latest Routeing Guide Extract for tickets routed “Any Permitted”/”Not London”

4.0 Please provide copies of any Pricing and Ticketing Update (PTU) newsletters (or any similar newsletter) covering the period since the LNER franchise commenced. However please focus first on the most recent time period starting from May 2021 going back to May 2020 and so on.

5.0 Please provide copies of the pro-forma documents and training/guidance used for interviews and prosecutions. I.e. MG11s, PACE training, SPOE training, RRA1889 training.

Dear FOI,
The data on RDG/ATOC is not available in a printable format showing just the Lner route. It also does not show the easements on the same page/in a user friendly way.
Additionally it is presented in a non user friendly way.

You have previously released this data (ECMLco/VTEC) as a single A4 page.

Furthermore as per S11 of the act I require this data to be provided as PDFs.

Yours sincerely,

I Madder

Dear I Madder

Would it be possible for you to send me what we previously released under the different franchise? I am searching on WDTK and am coming up short.

Due to internal staff changes it would be helpful for the subject matter expert to see what was provided before.

Many thanks

Abigail

Dear FOI,

Please see this request
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

The document in question (PTU Jul 2014.pdf ) is inside Appendix A.zip. This document was issued almost 67 years ago so is out of date and clearly a new version should/would have been issued to staff.

Yours sincerely,

I Madder

Dear London North Eastern Railway Limited,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of London North Eastern Railway Limited's handling of my FOI request 'Revenue Handbook and Routing Guidance'.

The deadline was back in June and despite me giving you an extra month leeway you still have not answered the FOI. This is not something that is optional.

So I suggest you answer my FOI straight away otherwise I will lodge a complaint with the ICO and also make them aware of your continued failure to comply with the FOIA as demonstrated by the other late responses on WDTK.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...

Yours faithfully,

I Madder
