A fee maybe payable for this information. You will be informed if a fee is payable and, in this event, the fee must be paid before the information is processed and released. The 20 working day time limit for responses will be suspended until receipt of the payment. Please be aware that if payment is not received within 3 calendar months of the date of this letter, your request will be closed and you will have to re-apply for the information should you still want it.

I am aware of the exemptions that you speak of and the £600 costs limit imposed for the retrieval of information. As the information I seek is an accounting request and nowadays super fast computers are used for such tasks I do not foresee you refusing my request. Thank you once again.
