Returns agreements
Dear Home Office,
Please can you disclose the number of bilateral agreements (if any) that the UK government has made with other states regarding the return and/or transfer of asylum seekers? For the avoidance of any doubt, I am enquiring about agreements that have been made with countries that the UK has deemed as 'safe third countries', and to which an asylum applicant could conceivably be returned/transferred to in line with paragraphs 345A-D of the Immigration Rules.
If any agreements have been made, please can you disclose
1. The countries with which these agreements have been made
3. The specific terms of the agreements made
Yours faithfully,
I Abraham
