The NWF&RS Policy for Mobilising, Notification & Control Procedures states, “There is an expectation that a Wholetime appliance will book mobile in one minute from alert and retained appliances within 5 minutes, thus a Retained crew should be on station after 4 minutes to enable this to happen”; therefore, the accepted time from station is 4 minutes.
