Resurfacing in Bushey

Brian Ellis made this Freedom of Information request to Hertfordshire County Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Hertfordshire County Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Hertfordshire County Council,

The roads in Bushey were resurfaced along the length from Bushey Arches all the way up to Common Road a few years ago.

What was the guarantee period offered by the contractor for no potholes?
Did the council claim any compensation for the fact that potholes started appearing within 6 months of the initial resurfacing works?

Yours faithfully,

Brian Ellis
