Results of the Uniform Consultation sent to parents in September 2016

Please provide the results of the Uniform Consultation that was sent to parents of pupils at your school at the end of September 2016. I would like to see information on how many parents wanted the uniform to be changed and how many parents were happy with the uniform as it stood, as well as how their responses relate to the type of uniform that has since been chosen by the school.
