Results of the Cycle Hire online survey

Frankie Roberto made this Freedom of Information request to Transport for London

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Transport for London,

In around April of this year, you ran a survey online about the Cycle Hire scheme (with users asked by e-mail to fill it out). I believe the survey was hosted by 'SPA Future Thinking' on your behalf. The survey asked for feedback on a number of issues, including pricing, promotion and payment methods.

Did you (or an agency on your behalf) compile a report or analysis of the results of this survey?

If so, please could you share it?

Additionally, if there was any official internal response or conclusions drawn from this survey, please could you share that too?

Yours faithfully,

Frankie Roberto

Dear Gemma Jacob,

Many thanks for your reply.

I am particularly interested in the results of the survey I received on 2nd April, which contained questions about future payment options that TfL are considering for the scheme (such as using Oyster, a smartphone app or contactless payments).

However if you have existing documents which summarise or report on the other two surveys, or the 3 three surveys as a whole, I would be interested in receiving those.

Yours sincerely,

Frankie Roberto
