Dear Haringey Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Haringey Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Results of structural assessments at Broadwater Farm'.
I do not believe that my request was dealt with according to the law under the Freedom of Information Act. Prior to forwarding my complaint to the Information Commissioner I would like to ask Haringey to detail under which clause of the Freedom of Information Act the refusal to provide the information requested falls, in that a draft version of a report cannot be released.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...
Yours faithfully,
Danielle Gregory

Dear Haringey Borough Council,
In your response to the internal review I requested regarding the February FOI request, you stated that the structural reports for the Broadwater Farm blocks would be published on the Haringey website once they have been finalised. This has still not been done. Yet, on Tuesday 26th June 2018, Haringey Cabinet plan to meet to discuss the future of these blocks. These structural assessments reports are currently
being withheld from residents and the general public. Please release them immediately or explain why you will not release them. (Complaint additionally filed with ICO)
Yours faithfully,
Danielle Gregory
