How many Staff in MOD applied to the FLS , future leaders scheme?
Split by TLB?
How many BAME staff got through to interview?
How many BAME staff got on the FLS scheme from the MOD?
How many BAME staff got into the 2016 MOD Hugh potential development scheme if they didn't make it on FLS, given they may have been over the line for FLS but didn't get it?
Separately on the none box grid how many BAME staff were in the top row. how many got moderated down?
On your previous response, you misled as the mod scs race champion came from industry and I believe is not home grown. Also other SCS staff in mod have come from outside departments. The mod BAME representation at SCS continues to fall way below even with all the policies yet BAME staff clearly are facing barriers if not discrimination where I have heard they have been over looked for promot.ion in sifts over white younger ex fast streamers who have had little experience of leadership of managing staffs as well as being moderated down in the nine box grid . Please clarify each point.
