Restrictive covenants held by Qinetiq

We're waiting for W Warren to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Portsmouth City Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 please can Portsmouth City Council make available the details surrounding the restrictive covenants that are, or were held by Qinetiq regarding land at Fraser Range Eastney and any other affected property or land inc. Eastney Caravan Park and authority to close/re-open Meville Road.
Can PCC confirm whether these restrictive covenants are still enforceable and please provide background to these measures, even if historical.

Many thanks
Yours faithfully,

Mr W Warren
