Restrictions on movement of goods from Gaza

The request was successful.

Dear Department for International Development,
I volunteer with a Fair Trade shop and social enterprise in Edinburgh which imports directly from social enterprises in the West Bank, Gaza, the Negev and the Galilee. Currently handcrafts from a deaf society in Gaza wait for months before Israel will let them pass through Erez, resulting in loss of income for extremely impoverished hearing impaired Gazans. What is DFID or the Office of the Quartet doing to "remove movement and access restrictions", especially for goods from non-profit agencies like Atfaluna Society for Deaf Children, which are providing essential services to Gazans?

Yours faithfully,

Carol Morton
