Restart providers data protection obligations and participants information rights

The request was partially successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

In light of Restart providers Freedom of Information Act 2000 contractual obligations [1], please provide me with a copy of each prime providers [2] Data Protection and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) policies and procedural guidance in connection to Restart and the information rights of Restart participants.

Please also provide a copy of these providers information that concerns seeking consent from Restart participants to share their personal data, such as a CV or similar personal data/profile(s), with a third party like an employer.

As well as a copy of data protection and PECR forms or notices provided for/to Restart participants.

Together with providers information in relation to when a Restart participant declines to accept website or app 'cookies' on any internet enabled device they use, when the providers of such websites or apps (aka online Restart participant portals) are the Data Controller or your Data Processor of Restart participants data.

In a previous FOI response you stated that Restart participants cannot be required or mandated by providers to disclose their personal health or disability data, therefore please provide a copy of the information providers use to inform participants of these information rights.
