Thanks for sending me the Restart 'initial diagnostic tools' (IDT) in use by Maximus UK Services Limited, G4S Facilities Management (UK) Limited and Ingeus UK Limited,

As each disclosed IDT takes quite different approaches can you also send me the IDTs that the Restart providers:

Serco Limited
Jobs 22 Limited
Reed in Partnership Limited
Seetec Pluss Limited
Fedcap Employment Limited

use and those in use by Restart subcontracts as well as prime providers Maximus UK Services Limited, G4S Facilities Management (UK) Limited and Ingeus UK Limited subcontractors.

The G4S IDT includes apparently mandatory questions concerning physical and emotional (mental health) health, recreational drugs, sleep, anxiety and/or depression:

When Restart participants disclose any difficulties in these areas does G4S make referrals to likes of mental health and wellbeing services? For G4S
please also provide a copy of G4S's internal guidance on how IDT 'results' are interpreted, analyses and understood by it's staff and what thresholds any diagnostic outcome or indicator suggests referrals to
external services is needed/required or c/would be helpful for the participant.

For the Maximus UK Services Limited, G4S Facilities Management (UK) Limited and Ingeus UK Limited IDTs, can you advise if these can be or are undertaken on a computer (digital) and can be undertaken remotely at a Restart participant's home for example and whether they are or can be completed completely anonymously and when completed for Restart providers to not retain a copy by design or by choice of the Restart participant?
