Please could you tell me which of the 428 responses received as a result of the Lea and Stort mooring consultation were received on or before 9th May 2011, which is the date the consultation was due to end before it was extended.

Dear Mr Smetham,

Further to my acknowledgement e-mail earlier today I can confirm that 105 consultation responses were received on or before the 9th May 2011.

If we haven’t reasonably met your expectations in relation to a request for information or you believe we may not have acted in accordance with the above legislation you should write in the first instance to Kelly Radley Head of Customer Relations, 64 Clarendon Road, Watford, Herts WD17 1DA outlining your concerns and asking for a review to be undertaken. Your correspondence will be acknowledged and a review of your case will be undertaken by one of British Waterways’ directors.

Dear Ms Young,

Thank you for your prompt reply to my question. However, your reply does not answer the question I asked.

What I asked for was not the total number of responses but for you to identify which those 105 responses were. It appears that the responses are organised approximately according to the date they were received, but also split into files of different types, so it is not obvious which files were received by 9th May.

It was not clear to me that you wished to receive copies of the responses from your original request and I apologise for any confusion. I have now attached for you copies of the 105 responses received on or before 9th May 2011.
