Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

Earlier this year, Wirral Council consulted on a traffic regulation order for charging at Fort Perch Rock car park. This consultation finished on the 3rd July 2015 and anybody with an objection was asked to send it to Mark Smith and mark their objection SA.

Normally a summary of the objections would be included in a report to the Highways and Traffic Representation Panel, but on the 31st July 2015 the Cabinet Member for Governance, Commissioning and Improvement decided to discontinue the TRO consultation process and abandon plans to charge for car parking at Fort Perch Rock car park.

This Freedom of Information Act request is for:

(a) the number of objections to the traffic regulation order referred to earlier in this request and

(b) the text of those objections. If there is personal information in these such as the names, addresses or e-mail addresses of those making an objection I am happy to receive the information without such details included.

Yours faithfully,

John Brace
