2. The number of FOI requests (total number and expressed as a percentage) responded to within the statutory 20 working days.
3. How many of the FOI requests (total number and expressed as a percentage) were still not answered at all, beyond an acknowledgement, after 40 working days from the date of submission?
4. How many of the FOI requests (total number and expressed as a percentage) were not answered at all, beyond an acknowledgement, after 120 working days from the date of submission?
5. Please identify the reasons FOI requests submitted were never answered, beyond an acknowledgement, after 120 working days from the date of the submission.
6. How many internal reviews have been requested (total number and expressed as a percentage).
7. How many FOI requests (total number and expressed as a percentage)submitted have been referred to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO)?
8. If an FOI request is submitted via the authorities own website or by letter, do you have a disclosure policy where these FOI requests and answers can be viewed by the public?
9. Do you use any case management software to manage FOI requests? If so, please provide details.
