Dear Contact Centre,

Once again you have not responded to a freedom of information request within the statutory time limit.

Please could my request be escalated to someone in your council who has the authority to ensure such requests are actually responded to rather than them being ignored.

If I do not receive a substantive response by the 10th September I will be making a further complaint to the ICO.

Yours sincerely,

Matthew Lockett

dealing with that request and will ensure that I have that information
with you early next week.

Thank you
