Section 1(1) (a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 imposes a duty on
public authorities to inform the requester whether or not the information
requested is held. The University completed and submitted its response to
the ‘Suicide-Safer Universities’ survey online and a copy of the
University’s response to the survey was not retained. As such, the
University can confirm that it does not hold the requested information.

I trust that this information will be helpful to you, however, should you
be dissatisfied with the way in which your request has been handled you
can request an internal review within 40 working days of our response and,
