Further to your email dated 7th March 2021, please find the Trust's
response below.  Your request has been allocated the following reference:
32160, please could you quote this reference in any future correspondence
with the Trust.

 

 1. Do any of your emergency response cars have a caged off area for
storage on the back seats?

Yes, over ½ of the rear seat bench

 

 2. If so, have they been crash tested?

Yes, by the converter – This ‘crash testing’ can be a validated CAD
simulation and not an actual ‘sledge’ test

 

3. Are you able to provide a copy of the vehicle risk assessment?

Please see attached – please note that to safeguard the Data Protection
rights of the staff included we have redacted any staff names under
exemption s.40 of the Freedom of Information Act.

 

I am obliged to advise you that if you are dissatisfied with the Trust’s
