Respite in Woodlawns & Nightingale

The request was successful.

Tracey Gilliland

Dear Southern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),

When did the SHSCT change the statement of purpose for Woodlawn House and how did they consult with Service Users and their Carers?

Is Woodlawns still a residential Unit supplying respite to families in the Southern Trust area? Are families still receiving Respite in this Unit upon request? When will there be a normal return to Respite services in Woodlawns and Nightingale Lodge?

Are all Service users with a Learning Disability that are using Respite Units vaccinated?

Yours faithfully,

Tracey Gilliland
