Dear Mr Doe

Freedom of Information: Right to know request

Thank you for your email of 07 June 2021, in which you asked for details
in respect to the contract below.

Resource: Supplier Manager:

[1]https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.....

We have processed your email in line with the provisions of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and our response to the questions you have
asked is below.

-      Name of the framework?

RM6008 Management Consultancy Framework Two (MCF2) – Crown Commercial
Services (CCS)

-       Start date & duration of the framework?

Start date: 04/09/2018; End date: 03/09/2021

With regard to the rest of your questions:

-       Actual spending on this framework is?

-       If there is any, what is/are the qualification criteria to be a
part of the framework?

-       How do you become a potential supplier to the framework?

-       Can you please tell us what contracts have been awarded under this
framework, who the successful supplier was and what the value of each
award was?

We can confirm that we do not hold the information you have requested.
Because this is a CCS framework, any qualification criteria were managed
by CCS and not the FCA.  CCS may be able to confirm the number of
contracts and value of each award; this is a call off against the CCS MCF2
framework, and the spend on this framework is therefore managed by CCS and
not the FCA.

In the light of the above, you may wish to approach the CCS to establish
whether they hold information that falls within the scope of your request.
They can be contacted at [2][email address].   You can also
find further details on the [3]CCS website.
