2) How many people were shortlisted for the post of Interim CEO?
3) How many people were interviewed for the post of CEO?
4) What the complete selection process was (e.g. shortlisting, how many rounds of interviews, what forms the interviews took (e.g. structured, unstructured), any psychometric testing or other selection tasks)?

Please also supply a copy of the resignation letter from previous CEO Andrew Geldard
