Dear Sue,

Many thanks for sending this information through, it's exactly what I'm looking for and will be really useful to me.

Would it be possible to resend in a machine readable format please rather than PDF?

A CSV or excel spreadsheet would be fine and save us retyping.

Thanks,

Mr Kesterton
