By full address (i.e. house number/name & full postcode area), can you please provide the following data for all residential properties within your respective district area in a spreadsheet format (Excel etc)?

- Property Type (House, Flat etc)
- Property Style (Detached, Semi Detached etc)
- Number of Bedrooms
- If a flat, how many storeys? (Where Applicable)
- If a flat, what cladding was used? (Where applicable)
- Date of Construction
- If property is of Non-Traditional construction (Where applicable i.e. Wimpey No Fines, Airey)
- If any property is Non-Traditional construction, has a repair certificate been issued and if so what was the data of issue? (Where Applicable)
- If the property is ex-Local Authority (Where applicable)

5^th July 2018.  This is being dealt with under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000.

 

By full address (i.e. house number/name & full postcode area), can you
please provide the following data for all residential properties within

The Information you have requested is held in part by the Council. The
information which we do hold under the Local Land and Property Gazetteer
(LLLPG) is provided to us under a licence by the Ordnance Survey and is
the intellectual property of the Ordnance Survey, therefore is not our
information to forward or share. Furthermore The Council considers this
information to be exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA), as this information is reasonably accessible to you and is
already in the public domain. We refer you to the Ordnance Survey or one

The information which we do hold and are able to disclose is not fully
comprehensive and gives detail only on the property type/style and
description. We provide this information in the spreadsheet attached
however must advise that this data has no guarantee of accuracy.

 

We do not hold data for:

o Number of bedrooms
o Date of Construction
o Construction type (traditional/non-traditional)
o Ex-local authority properties- This information is not held due to our
retention schedules in place whereby we only hold this type of data
for 10years. For your information any Council properties which were
bought under right to buy would pre date the year 2000 when any
remaining Council properties were sold off.
