- Property Type (House, Flat etc)
- Property Style (Detached, Semi Detached etc)
- Number of Bedrooms
- If a flat, how many storeys? (Where Applicable)
- If a flat, what cladding was used? (Where applicable)
- Date of Construction
- If property is of Non-Traditional construction (Where applicable i.e. Wimpey No Fines, Airey)
- If any property is Non-Traditional construction, has a repair certificate been issued and if so what was the data of issue? (Where Applicable)
- If the property is ex-Local Authority (Where applicable)

Unfortunately we will not be able to process your request without further
clarification. Please confirm if you are asking about Local Authority
housing or private residential properties.

 

I can confirm Tunbridge Wells Borough Council owns only a small number of
properties. The majority of the housing stock was transferred to Town and
Country Housing Group in 1992.

 

Additionally, we do not hold all the information requested in relation to
private residential properties within the borough.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request.

Please find below the response to your recent request. The information has
been provided by our Property and Estates Team and Housing Team.

Your request:

1.    By full address (i.e. house number/name & full postcode area), can
you please provide the following data for all residential properties
within your respective district area in an spreadsheet format (Excel
etc.)? - The Asset Register that forms part of the annual Asset Management
Plan which is published each year details all the residential properties
owned by the Council. Please see attached.

 

2.    Property Type (House, Flat etc.) - Please refer to the Asset
Register

 

3.    Property Style (Detached, Semi Detached etc.) - Please refer to the
Asset Register.

 

4.    Number of Bedrooms - This information is not held on all the
residential properties listed in the Asset Register as some were sold some
time ago on long leases and our current records do not hold this
information.

 

5.    If a flat, how many storeys? (Where Applicable) - The number of
storeys for each property is not held in our records.

 

6.    If a flat, what cladding was used? (Where applicable) - Not
applicable to our residential properties.

 

7.    Date of Construction - This is not a fact held in our records but
where available details are included in the Asset Register.

 

8.    If property is of Non-Traditional construction (Where applicable
i.e. Wimpey No Fines, Airey) - Not applicable.

 

9.    If any property is Non-Traditional construction, has a repair
certificate been issued and if so what was the data of issue? (Where
Applicable) - Not applicable.
