Dear LS Palmer

Regarding the third question of your request (below) please can you
confirm whether this is for families needing respite where the service
user is over or under 18? -
I'm assuming it is under 18 as the nature of the whole request seems to
be geared to the Children, Schools and Families Directorate.

I'd be grateful if you can let me know ASAP.

Many thanks

Lisa.

Dear Freedom Of Information Mail,

My question relates to assessments of families under s38.6 of the Children Act allowing the Council to have the family assessed 24/7 in a residential setting to ensure the children are safe with their own parents. Please could you state whether the residential assessments are council owned or independent.

Yours sincerely,

LS Palmer

Dear Freedom Of Information Mail,

Please provide the information relating to the time since the dismissal of the County Solicitor.

I consider that you are asking for clarification 20 days after I have asked the question is simply a tactic to avoid responding in time. It was very well publicised that Richard Williams was given the County Solicitor's post when the post was renamed in 2008.

My question relates to the period since this event.

Yours sincerely,

LS Palmer

'The amount of money paid out on Disbursements in relation to Child-Care Proceedings from the 1st November 2011 to date is £254,328.97 ' in FOUR MONTHS? That's interesting, many thanks for this information

I'd love to know how much RBKC are spending [] but they refuse my FOI Requests, I am apparently 'vexed' due to my son having suffered horribly as well as self, thanks to them.

...we haven't reached November! What are they talking about, am assuming 2010?
