Research Update on POCA

On the 18 April 2011 I made an FOI request to your Office that you provided a helpful reply to.

I'm interested in whether there is new information in relation to two aspects of my prior request they are:

1. Whether you have conducted any research or
investigation into the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 or its
application to see if it conforms to equality and human rights. If so, please supply copies of your research.

2. Copies of any submissions or observations that you made on the POCA to any other State or European bodies and replies that you received.
