Research fellowships
Dear Queen’s College, Oxford,
I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act for a story I’m writing on the success rates of those applying for postdoctoral fellowships at various UK institutions.
Please can you state how many people submitted applications to your junior research fellowship scheme in each of the past three years
For each year please state
a) The number of applicants for fellowships
b) The number of fellowships awarded (ie, number of successful applicants)
Can you also state for each year – how many applicants came from the UK and how many came from the rest of the EU or from outside the EU (ie, domestic vs international applicants)
Best wishes
Jack
