Dear Daniel Piper

Environmental Information Regulations 2004

Thank you for your revised request.  Unfortunately, the service have
advised that it is still too broad.  We regret therefore that there is no
change to our response of 11 March 2022 (copy attached).

In order to assist, we would advise that you could further reduce the
scope of your request by
possibly identifying individual S106 agreement(s) or specific funding
type(s) within the agreement(s) that you are interested in. Furthermore,
more recent historic data could be requested.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision,
you can contact us by return email or at

[1][Buckinghamshire Council request email] or by writing to us at
Information Governance, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse
Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF.

If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply
directly to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for a decision.
Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the
internal review procedure provided by Buckinghamshire Council. You can
contact the ICO via their website [2]https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/
or by writing to them at Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe
House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF. Alternatively, you can
phone them on 0303 123 1113.

Yours sincerely
