I am writing to advise you that following a search of our records, the
Council does not hold any information relevant to your request.
 
The authority does not hold information specific to those needing
wheelchair accessible accommodation - any requirements would be noted on
their diary records, not as a reportable item.
 
Likewise the authority does not have it's own stock - any request for this
would need to go the local registered social landlords
 
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision
you should write to me at the above address within two months of the date
of this letter.
