Dear Diocese of Gloucester Academies Trust,

I am making a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I would like
the data in electronic format via email to [email address].

Please supply data relating to the following questions:

1. The number of requests for delayed reception entry for summer born
received by the Diocese of Gloucester Academies Trust (DGAT) for each
Primary School under their control for each academic year since the School
Admissions Code was altered in September 2014.

2. The number of agreements and refusals for a Reception start at
Compulsory School Age (CSA) for the above yearly requests by school.

3. A breakdown of the reasons given for any refusals to start Reception at
CSA (summarised so as not to be specific to an individual).

If you need any more information please let me know as soon as possible.

It may be helpful for you to know that data protection law requires you to
reply to a request for information within 20 working days.
