Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,

Please provide the following

1) information on the agreed procedure/process by which the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) must apply for additional funding prior to continuing so-called 'blockbuster' fraud inquiries such as into LIBOR and Forex rigging.

2) the criteria by which applications for further funding for fraud inquiries by the SFO should be assessed by HMT.

3) a list of the requests (in MS Excel format) from the SFO for further funding for fraud investigations, broken down by calendar year from 2010 - 2019, including reason for request, amount requested & outcome of and reasons for, HM Treasury's final decision on funding.

4) Correspondence, meeting minutes, and notes in relation to SFO requests for fraud investigation(s) into the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) during the 2010-2019 period.
