Dear Ms Foley,

Re: - Request for Information – Reference Number: NBH/9KDF9B

Thank you for your request for information, which was received by
Manchester City Council on 10 May 2014 and has been considered under the
provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please accept my
apologies for the delay in responding to your request.

In your request you asked for the following information:

I would like to make a request to yourselves for information and
correspondence between yourselves and a Housing Assoc called Great
Places. I would like to see the correspondence between yourselves and
Great Places in connection with the address of 18 & 20 Moxley
Road,Crumpsall,M8 4HJ and the dates i would like to see is from Jan 2000
and 10th May 2014

In response to your request, please find the documentation attached:

(See attached file: Moxley Road.pdf)

Please note that the Council considers that some of the information that
is contained in the investigation reports is "personal data" (as defined
by the Data Protection Act 1998) about persons other than yourself. The
2000 Act provides a number of exemptions which the Council may rely on
to deny a request that information is disclosed. Furthermore, in certain
circumstances, the Council may rely on exemptions to refuse to confirm
or deny whether it holds requested information.

Having considered your request, the Council has determined that the
documentation provided required redaction to remove the person names and
contact details. The exemption relied upon is that contained in

Section 40(2): Personal information about third parties

This exemption applies because you have made a request for information
which comprises or contains personal information about a third party.
The Council has determined that the information relating to the third
party should not be disclosed because disclosure would contravene one or
more of the data protection principles under the Data Protection Act
1998, including the first principle that requires that information
should be processed lawfully and fairly.

If you are not satisfied with this response you may ask for an internal
review. If you wish to complain you should contact the Information
Governance Manager, whose address is Democratic Services, Town Hall, Albert
Square, Manchester, M60 2LA and email
[Manchester City Council request email]

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision.

The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
