Requesting Update from the control room at [...] and all related files

Thank you for your two requests received by us on 29 & 30 September 2023,
asking for the “update from the control room at [...] and related files…at
London Bridge… the district line is operating with severe delays".

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 
Unfortunately, from the description provided, we are unable to identify
the information you require. Are you asking for a copy of the announcement
“the district line is operating with severe delays”? To enable us to
assist with your request, please provide a more detailed description of
the information you’re seeking.

That said, we are only permitted to release some announcements from the
London Underground network, including on train announcements for the
Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines. They can be accessed via an online
file. In order to get access to the announcements file, we need a personal
email address. We are not able to add “What Do They Know” email account to
access these recordings.

If this is something you might be interested in, please send your email
address to me directly, as opposed to on this public site, at FOI ‘at’
tfl.gov.uk.

Please note that the 20 working day deadline for responding to your
request will depend on when we receive satisfactory additional
information to help clarify your request. If we hear nothing further from
you by 1 November 2023 your response will be treated as a new request.
