Dear Charity Commission for England and Wales,
Requesting the Latest updated electronic copy of the governing body document and Minutes for charity 262922. The Vishwa Hindu Kendra Southall, have state that a AMENDED CONSTITUTION was filled with the CC with the changes, to allow them to charge £101.00, for the Delayed Election Nomination Forms,. Have asked for the minutes which they are not willing to send so under the FOI, requesting CC to provide the minutes of this meeting that this was passed as transparency of this Charity 262922, is vital for the Hindu community. As the Temple committee require a quorum of 11 signed in elected people is the minimum number of voting members who must be present at a properly called meeting in order to conduct business in the name of the VHK Trustee.

Yours faithfully,
M D
