Thank you for your request for information relating to FOI REQUEST regarding correspondence and notes of other communications with Reach with regard to vehicular access to the site.. Your request was received on 27 January 2020 and we are dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
You will receive the information you have requested within 20 working days beginning the day following receipt of your request, unless the Council does not hold the information or there is a reason for it to be withheld. Therefore, you should receive a response by 25 February 2020.

In view of your reply. can I request
copies of the correspondence and notes of other communications with
VIA on the contract and the subsequent construction of the splays
copies of the correspondence and notes of other communications with
the planning officers at the Local Planning Authority between April 1 2018 and Jan 1 2019 on the Halloughton Road Southwell site
to limit the search to something manageable?

Although, you have limited your search, we would still have the same amount of emails to sift through in order to find the information requested. The data you have requested is not held in a reportable format, with approx. 632 emails and allowing for 10 minutes per record it will take in excess of 105 hours to extract the level of detail you have requested . Under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act we are not obliged to process requests that exceed this limit.
