Requesting all articles that have had "Have your say" comments open on them since "Have your say" inception

We're waiting for Craig Dun to read a recent response and update the status.

I would like to request the headline for every article that has had a "Have your say" comments thread open on it. In excel format if possible.

Can I also request a full list of user IDs of everyone that has ever commented on a "Have your say" thread and their IP addresses.
