2. Pay Scales: Please provide the current pay scales for each rank within the Northern Ireland Guard Service. If pay scales vary based on experience or qualifications, please provide details of these variations.

3. Allowances: Please provide a comprehensive list of allowances that are available to members of the Northern Ireland Guard Service. This should include details of the eligibility criteria and the amount of each allowance.

4. Overtime Pay: Please confirm whether members of the Northern Ireland Guard Service are eligible for overtime pay. If so, please provide details of the overtime pay rates and any conditions or limitations that apply.

5. Current Manning Capacity: Please provide the current manning capacity of the Northern Ireland Guard Service. This should include the total number of personnel currently employed, broken down by rank if possible.
