Request to understand your emergency support application
Dear Greenwich Borough Council,
I would like to understand your process please emergency support application
I am without a working over, and a broken washing machine and other things, from a breakdown. Yet I get turned down, how am I supposed to be ever self sufficient if i can not live properly
below is my decline email
Thank you for your emergency support application received 27/1/2020 at 21.19.
Unfortunately as your benefits are all live and in payment we are unable to assist you. Our scheme is primarily for unforeseen one-off emergency incidents, flooring is an excluded item and non-essential something we would not be able to assist with. As for all other items you have requested on your application this is not a new tenancy and you have been in the property for quite a number of years so we would not be able to assist with this either. You could look on website such as free cycle, free bay, ebay, or Argos.
I am sorry we cannot be more helpful on this occasion.

I look forward to your reply
Yours faithfully,
